Booking terms and conditions

  1. All bookings are subject to availability. Your choice of date may not be available, but alternative dates will always be offered. Try to book at least two weeks ahead. To open a national centre, we require a minimum spend for the group of players you wish to book. Please enquire for specific requirements for each centre.
  2. Full payment must be made to confirm your event, and must be received before the date of the game. Once you have booked and confirmed your event with payment, no alterations or modifications to the selected package can be made (i.e downgrading).
  3. In line with similar leisure activity providers offering a service on a certain date, all monies paid for paintball bookings operated by ourselves (including all monies paid for services provided by ourselves) are non-refundable, with the only exception detailed in point 4 of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. In the case of a bereavement of an immediate family member (spouse, civil partner, mother, father, brother, sister, child, grandparent or grandchild) within fourteen days of intended event we will, upon application made as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event by the proposed date of event and accompanied by a copy of the applicable death certificate, make a refund for the monies paid for your event. All applications must be sent to our Head Office – Tithebarns Farm, Tithebarns Lane, Send, GU23 7LE, UK
  5. There is a 5.99% booking administration fee applied to all bookings made either when booking online or by telephone; this means that your booking can be changed to another date if you wish (subject to availability), that credits will be given in respect of any players failing to attend the event, and that these players may attend a game on a date of your choosing in the future without further payment (again, subject to availability).
  6. When confirming your booking with payment, there is no transaction fee charged for using a debit card. If paying for your booking with a credit card, a 2.32% fee applies.
  7. Please ensure all players are able to make the date chosen before finalising your booking, as mistakes cannot be rectified after the booking has been made. If anyone fails to attend the event on the date you have booked, the prepayment and paintballs for that person will be forfeited, although credits may be carried forward for a future visit.
  8. When booking online, if your desired booking date is within 3 days, you will only be able to create a provisional booking – a customer service representative will contact you to confirm if the date is available. You do not have a valid booking until you receive final confirmation via email – should you not receive this in the next few days, please call our bookings centre during office hours Mon-Fri 8:30am - 7:30pm, Sat-Sun 8:30am – 5:30pm on 1800 246 200 (Calls are charged at Lo-Call Rate).
  9. Please note we are unable to accept liability for any errors resulting from data that you have entered incorrectly online. Please ensure that you have correctly filled in House, Street and Town information. We also require a valid e-mail address to contact you in event of any problems completing your booking.
  10. The minimum age of all players on the date of the game at national centres is 14 years old. At local centres it is usually 16 years. However, if you have any queries regarding youngsters who do not meet the minimum age at the date of the game, then please call our bookings office. Any player under the minimum age on the game date, without special dispensation, will not be allowed to play. For further questions, please speak to a member of our team on 1800 246 200.
  11. Paintball centre locations are subject to change for reasons beyond our control and the location map is for guidance only. Delta Force simply undertakes to maintain a minimum of ten such participating venues within Ireland and the UK.
  12. Only paintballs supplied by the paintball centre on the day of your event may be used at the centre. Any paintballs brought in from external sources and not supplied by the paintball centre will be confiscated and destroyed
  13. All players agree to be bound by our playing conditions and safety rules. Any player who is unable to comply with our safety instructions will be excluded from the centre without refund.
  14. Payments onsite incur transaction fees.
  15. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or special offer that may be advertised on this website.

What do I need to bring on the day?

Players should wear old, comfortable clothing and may also want to bring a change of clothes for the conclusion of the game. We strongly recommend boots with ankle support and deep tread/rubber soles - it can be muddy, wet and slippery in the woodlands. Paintball gloves are available to buy at the centre, or you can bring your own. You may also want to bring some money for purchasing additional paintballs (we accept cash and credit/debit cards verified by PIN only)

Can I bring my own paintball equipment?

You can bring your own paintball equipment, but it is always at the discretion of the Centre Manager as to whether you can use it. You can bring your own combat gear, paintball goggles, body armour, gloves and other paintball accessories, however due to health and safety regulations you are not allowed to bring your own paintball gun or gas cylinder to the centre.

Is paintball suitable for children?

Parents need to know about the nature of the activity and decide for themselves whether their particular child is hardy and mature enough to participate in this type of activity. To help you with this, we have compiled an "Information to Parents" guide, which can be included in your information pack or requested from our friendly staff by calling 1800 246 200 (Calls are charged at Lo-Call Rate). To make paintball more appropriate for children, Delta Force Ireland offer full face helmets, full-length ninja suits and body armour as standard, with padded gloves available for purchase for additional protection.

How do I book a day of paintball?

To book, all you need to do is call us on 1800 246 200 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and speak to one of our friendly operators to check availability and book your event, alternatively you can email us and we will call you straight back or you can ask us to call you at a particular time, or complete the online booking enquiry form. Another option is to drop in to your nearest Delta Force Paintball centre and speak to the manager at the centre. Please note: it is essential you call in advance and make an appointment to visit your preferred centre.
