What do I need to bring on the day?

Players should wear old, comfortable clothing and may also want to bring a change of clothes for the conclusion of the game. We strongly recommend boots with ankle support and deep tread/rubber soles - it can be muddy, wet and slippery in the woodlands. Paintball gloves are available to buy at the centre, or you can bring your own. You may also want to bring some money for purchasing additional paintballs (we accept cash and credit/debit cards verified by PIN only)

Can I bring my own paintball equipment?

You can bring your own paintball equipment, but it is always at the discretion of the Centre Manager as to whether you can use it. You can bring your own combat gear, paintball goggles, body armour, gloves and other paintball accessories, however due to health and safety regulations you are not allowed to bring your own paintball gun or gas cylinder to the centre.

How can I purchase additional items on the day?

Additional items such as paintballs, lunch, gloves and other paintball paraphernalia can be purchased from the on-site shop at national paintball centres via cash or card (verified by pin only). Please note we do not accept payment on site by cheque.

Is paintball suitable for children?

Parents need to know about the nature of the activity and decide for themselves whether their particular child is hardy and mature enough to participate in this type of activity. To help you with this, we have compiled an "Information to Parents" guide, which can be included in your information pack or requested from our friendly staff by calling 1800 246 200 (Calls are charged at Lo-Call Rate). To make paintball more appropriate for children, Delta Force Ireland offer full face helmets, full-length ninja suits and body armour as standard, with padded gloves available for purchase for additional protection.

What is the minimum age?

The minimum age to play paintball in Ireland is 14 years old. All players under 16 years old require a signed Parental Consent Form to participate. You can request a Parental Consent Form in advance by calling 1800 246 200.

Do I need to fill out a registration form?

All players are required to complete a registration form before they begin play. Players under 16 years must have their registration form signed by a parent/guardian. We suggest you download these from the website and send these out with your invitations. The other parents should return their completed forms for you to bring to the paintball centre on the day of your event. Adult players can complete registration forms before the event or on arrival at the paintball centre. For players attending a local centre, you may need to complete different forms on arrival.

How do I book a day of paintball?

To book, all you need to do is call us on 1800 246 200 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and speak to one of our friendly operators to check availability and book your event, alternatively you can email us and we will call you straight back or you can ask us to call you at a particular time, or complete the online booking enquiry form. Another option is to drop in to your nearest Delta Force Paintball centre and speak to the manager at the centre. Please note: it is essential you call in advance and make an appointment to visit your preferred centre.

(1) All prices quoted are for payments made in person (at a paintball centre). Payments made this way are final and cannot be altered or amended in any way – meaning that once paid you will not be able to change the date of your booking and if any member of your party is unable to attend on the date of your booking then that payment is forfeited. Payments made over the phone to the advice centre attract a service fee of 6.99% - and mean that your booking can be changed to another date if you wish (subject to availability), that credits will be given in respect of any players failing to attend the event, and that these players may attend a game on a date of your choosing in the future without further payment (again, subject to availability). Please also note that cash payments are free of transaction fees and can be tendered at any of Delta Force’s 30 paintball centres in the UK, and in accordance with the Consumer Rights (Payments Surcharge) Regulations 2012 the fees for processing debit cards are 53p per transaction and for credit cards 2.32% - these fees reflect the company’s actual costs in processing card transactions – for further details please see our FAQ page and our Legal page.
