Over the last 20 years, we have organised thousands and thousands of unforgettable birthday parties for young people. Years ago we were extremely honoured to host the 14th birthday parties of both the 2nd and the 4th in line to the throne of a major European nation. A day of paintball action is an unforgettable experience for any young person, it’s like living out the action sequences they’ve otherwise only ever seen in computer games. For young boys (and girls too) the experience of storming a machine gun nest with your best mates is quite simply the most exhilarating experience of their young lives so far!

Whether they're tackling Jack Sparrow on the Black Pearl or storming Castle Wallenberg, every kid is guaranteed to go home with some unforgettable memories. If they're lucky they may even get to meet our resident Terminator!

If that's not enough, even famous faces such as Wayne Rooney, Lewis Hamilton and Cara Delevingne have played at our paintball centres over the years. You just never know who you're going to bump in to.

What do I need to bring on the day?

Players should wear old, comfortable clothing and may also want to bring a change of clothes for the conclusion of the game. We strongly recommend boots with ankle support and deep tread/rubber soles – it can be muddy, wet and slippery in the woodlands. Paintball gloves are available to buy at the centre, or you can bring your own. You may also want to bring some money for purchasing additional paintballs (we accept cash and credit/debit cards verified by PIN only)

Can I bring my own paintballs?

Just like you can’t take your own alcohol to a pub, you cannot bring your own paintballs to the centre. For us to maintain a consistent safety standard, you can only use paintballs issued by Delta Force Frontier Paintball on the day of your event.

Is paintball suitable for children?

Parents need to know about the nature of the activity and decide for themselves whether their particular child is hardy and mature enough to participate in this type of activity. To help you with this, we have compiled an “Information to Parents” guide, which can be included in your information pack or requested from our friendly staff by calling 1800 246 200 (Calls are charged at Lo-Call Rate). To make paintball more appropriate for children, Delta Force Ireland offer full face helmets, full-length ninja suits and body armour as standard, with padded gloves available for purchase for additional protection.

What happens on the day?

On arrival you will be greeted by our friendly staff who will check you in. After you have filled out registration forms, you will be issued with all necessary equipment for the day and will listen to our safety briefing. You will be given time to put your belongings away and purchase what you need from the on-site shop then the action starts! You will play 10-12 games during a full day session, with short breaks in between to reload your paintballs and discuss tactics!

Do I need to fill out a registration form?

All players are required to complete a registration form before they begin play. Players under 18 years must have their Parental Consent Form signed by an adult. We suggest you download these from the website and send these out with your invitations. The other parents should return their completed Parental Consent Forms for you to bring to the paintball centre on the day of your event. Adult players can complete registration forms before the event or on arrival at the paintball centre. For players attending a local centre, you may need to complete different forms on arrival.

I’m not sure how many players I have, but I want to book now so that I don’t miss out on the date I want. What should I do?

You can make your booking now for the players that you have confirmed. You can then add additional players onto your booking up until a few days before your event.

What happens if a player does not turn up on the day and I have already paid for them?

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, credits can be carried forward and used for a future visit.

How do I book a day of paintball?

To book, all you need to do is call us on 1800 246 200 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and speak to one of our friendly operators to check availability and book your event, alternatively you can email us and we will call you straight back or you can ask us to call you at a particular time, or complete the online booking enquiry form. Another option is to drop in to your nearest Delta Force Paintball centre and speak to the manager at the centre. Please note: it is essential you call in advance and make an appointment to visit your preferred centre.
